She was so efficient with providing a quotation and always on top of the communication keeping me updated with the booking. Mick and Kevin were absolute stars too. “Lovely little taxi service! I've used these guys a few times now and have been really impressed. The drivers are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Twice now I've shared a taxi home with female friends and the driver has not left their drop off until he could see that we're inside their houses. I like that! Hayley on the phones is great. Again, super friendly and despite me being an absolute pain in the bum last time I used them, nothing seemed like too much trouble.”

“Really Great Service Thanks to Tim and Emily. I needed some documents shredding as my home shredder was not up to the job. I didn't really have enough documents to justify paying the regular business rate which was based on up to ten sacks. However they helped me out by offering to do it for me on their own machine and charged me a very reasonable rate. This helped me enormously as it would have taken me (no exaggeration) days to do it myself. Two lovely people who obviously enjoy their work. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time to the Diss area and the company was really welcoming and accommodating. Upon my return back to Diss station, again I had no issues with them - as we had pre-booked when I first arrived at my destination. I shared a few jokes with the driver on both trips and found that he was pretty laid back and eased my nerves of feeling safe when visiting a new area for the first time. I would highly recommend this company, not just because they say what they'll do and stick to it but also because they really are nice - overhearing conversations that the driver - who is also the owner had with other customers showed me genuinely cared for their well-being. If you are going to Diss and its surrounding areas, then I would highly recommend these people. You won't be disappointed.”
