“Know that everyone here works hard and I know they get a lot of stick for things which are beyond their control. They try to resolve things which aren't in their job description and more. The most complaints are regarding delivery. Carnt deliver medication like a postman and leave it. So nine out of ten are out. Then moan they haven't received them. So once again their having to deliver the same meds twice. Cottingley do a fantastic job so just remember they to help. Not to be abused.”

The staff are also very helpful and friendly, the will help me with anything. I also think the prices are very reasonable, and the product are great quality too. “My go-to place for proper bread when I'm tired of british toasts. They are open until 11pm most days, but going in the morning means you can also get some fresh herbs and vegetables. Great selection of central european products.”
