“I obtained a valuation for our Nissan Juke from Arnold Clark in Huddersfield & was called back by Nicholas to discuss price with me. He was very polite & helpful & assured me that the price quoted online was guaranteed for 7 days & would not be reduced unless there was some damage I'd not declared. We went over the following day to discuss it with him & arranged to take the car 2 days later when we were collecting our new car. As this branch of Arnold Clark don't sell brand new cars we'd ordered ours from a garage nearby.
