"My daughter got an internship for the summer at P&G in Mason, OH late in the semester. We had to scramble to find a short term lease apartment and there weren't any furnished units left. Luckily the apartment knew Dan Vegso at Upscale Furniture Rental had package deals and they would deliver and setup the furniture prior to our arrival! When the TV provided in the package deal didn't meet our expectations, Dan came out and personally delivered it to make things right. Top notch service!"

"My roommate rented furniture from this company while living in Knoxville from January-December 2018. The furniture was mediocre in quality and definitely overpriced. When they came to retrieve his furniture in December (while I was not home) the movers took $2,000 worth of items from my room. (They didn't have permission to enter. I wasn't renting any furniture) Initially the manager said they would do an, "investigation," and I talked to another manager who said he would speak to the owner and find a way to, "make it right." After learning that I moved to another state (and thus can't easily sue them), the company has stopped returning my calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady business there are better alternatives that actually care about customers and don't employ thieves."
