"Came in and was ready to buy a 65 inch LG OLED TV but the funniest thing is that I couldn’t get a soul to take the time to check me out. Had multiple people walk by as I stood at the checkout - make eye contact with me and just turn around and walk the other direction. So much for “customer service”. Called 46 solutions and got an immediate response and schedule. Happy I am getting to help a local business anyways"

"2 months ago I spent $5;000 for a new 77 inch TV and also purchased the total support membership. I have been without TV for over a week and it looks like it will be over 2 weeks before my TV can be repaired because the store can’t get or find the part to repair it. The staff are great and very apologia, but their hands are tied without the needed repair part. I’m so disappointed that it takes so long for the store to get the parts, and my purchase is 2 weeks beyond their 60 day return policy. Not a happy customer"

"Earned some Best Buy rewards from buying a laptop, took almost an hour to redeem the reward certificates because none of the associates knew how their rewards points work. One associate even buried my item in the back so checkout took twice as long. Bought every major electronic appliance from Best Buy for years, will take my money elsewhere in the future."

"I used to like to come to buy to this store. Now, You may spend $200 but they will not give you a bag. Recently, I tried to buy a cell phone. The first thing the computer asked me was that I agree to paying a fee of $45 of restocking fee if I return the phone for any reason that is not for any phone damage which would be covered. Well...I don't agree to that Best Buy policy, so easy, I went a bought the phone at some other place that does not have a policy like that. You are the store, I am the customer, you put your policies, I put mine, fair enough ? I also would rather buy in a place where they would not object giving me a bag to carry my product(s)."
