"The check-out process at this store has got to be changed! I understand it is store policy to only have 1 cashier if there are 3 or fewer patrons waiting in line; however, that is far too many if a) a patron is requiring extra assistance and has your only cashier locked up for greater than 5 minutes or b) your cashier is an elderly person who's primary language is not English and is tying to sign everyone up for your rewards program. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 15+ MINUTES TO GET THRU A LINE with 3 people, each buying 1-2 items!!!! Staff is rude & unhelpful. Will not be back- there are so many other places to buy shoes."
"Took 93 year old mother. She didn't buy anything. When a store has warehouse in the title it's supposed to have bargain prices. I thought it was really expensive. It did have a lot of shoes."
"Went there to return some somes and eneded up coming home with a different pair of heels and some boots. They always have the most amazing prices and fantastic selection. The staff are incredible with helping if there happens to be an issue. My go to place for my footwear."
