"Yeah so I brought in a good 9 cloths and 3 shoes. One shoes was stripper heels (from a friend who thought I could sell was not surprised that was a no) I had three dresses and two jackets that were in good condition. One of the dresses was a CalvinKlien I wore once so I figured at get least they’d take that. The two other shoes I never used. They didn’t even look at what I brought. They hadn’t even touched it. At all and told me they weren’t interested. Yeah I didn’t bring them in a basket because I didn’t know but they treated me like I was stupid and wasting their time. Got a jacket here once and experience was fine but if you’re not buying I wouldn’t recommend. Felt like churchy women who talk bad about you when you’re not listening vibes."

It is neat, extremely well-organized, well-labeled, and there is plenty of space in the aisles to move around and start a collection to try on! The ladies here are extremely helpful, and they even have team members who will help you shop for your preferences and body type. They’re always full of good ideas! They have regular discount racks, tons of cute shoes, a plethora of jewelry options, and even high end bags to choose from. Not my thing, but they have Louis Vuitton, etc. Their emails are HELPFUL, not just junk like some stores. I’ve only sold clothes to them once, but they are PICKY (but really fast). Which is GREAT for buying here! I can rest assured that nothing has hidden stains, tears, worn out fabrics, etc. Clothes Mentor makes good clothing affordable and fun!!"
