T.J. Maxx 7921 West 160th Street, Overland Park, KS 66223

"I had a disappointing encounter with one of the workers/manager. Me and my friends wanted to go buy face masks and saw that they closed in 15 minutes. We saw a couple go in right before us, so we assumed that we could go in, and they were still open. A lady who seemed the to be the manager was at the entrance and when we approached she told us they were closed, even though she let the couple walk in 10 seconds earlier. My friend finally spoke up and said that she thought they closed at 9:30, because it was still 9:15. In a very rude tone the lady told us "do you exactly what you are looking for? You have to be in and out by the time it's 9:30". Just because we are young girls does not mean we aren't going to be buying anything. We ended up being in and out in the fifteen minutes and bought multiple items. Very disappointed in the customer service and the mistreatment of customers."

"No one seemed interested in helping. The jewelry counter ladies would not even smile. No associates were helpful. I will go back to Grandview where all are very welcoming."

"Tried to return a defective product (hairspray that quit working) but of course, it functioned the short time the manager used it. They also said it couldn’t be returned as it was “used”. Well of course it was used until it quit functioning! I’ve shopped this location almost every week for two years and have been a good customer but they treated me as if I was being dishonest. They’ve lost me as a customer. Sad because I loved this store and have never tried to return anything until now."

"The deals at TJ Maxx are great, but this location is one of the least accessable stores I've been to. It was nearly impossible to navigate just with the small cart. I can't imagine what it would have been like had I been using a wheelchair."
