"The few employees they have working there speaks volumes of stereotyping black people while shopping. I was standing in line and this young female worker rolled her eyes at me at the cash register and seem disgusted to be helping a black customer at the register. If you’re black they will follow you around and watch you. They should be happy they have any customers and to still be open. I don’t see customers knocking done JCPenney doors to shop. It’s the same clothes and shoes each year for the last 30 years."
"Nice store but couldn't find any employees to help me find what I was looking for! I mean Nobody! other than four people at the cashier counter with one of the employees just standing there!! It was the nice lady at the hair salon that actually help me find what I was looking for so, if it wasn't for her I would have just walked out!!! I give the lady at the Hair Salon 5 stars!!!"
"Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure."
"Like always, Jcpenny always has really good prices and good offers. I've visited this location for several years, and it's a shame that every time I come back, it seems like it's going to close, the conditions if the building is not so good. They have good parking, staff, and good merchandise, but the building is dirty. I wish they could clean the building. That is my only concern overall."
