"The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was a spill in the floor with a caution sign but not sure why it hadn’t been cleaned up. It wasn’t busy at all. There was a mess on the counter where the sauces were and the horsey sauce was empty. I turned to ask someone for some packets but there was no one around. I had to say “hello?” before someone came out to help me. My beef-n-cheddar was fine but my husband couldn’t eat the wrap he got. The tortilla was hard and it was cold but wasn’t supposed to be. Again, the staff was nice and cordial but I’m not sure why they weren’t cleaning the place up while it was slow."
"Ordered some fries and sandwich yesterday afternoon. The service is fine but the food got me throat problem. Seems like it's been a while since they changed the oil in the fryer."

"The staff at this Arby’s was very friendly, and the young man working the window and drive-thru was very polite and I could understand him easily. I can’t say that about a lot of drive-thrus. I went by at about 8:30 at night, and I saw a gentleman try both doors, so apparently the lobby was closed. However, I have never gone to an Arby’s for the atmosphere. I go for the food - those curly fries and horsey sauce call my name!"
"I brought a coupon. Ordered everything on the coupon (nothing extra). My bill was more $ than the coupon said it should be. My mozzarella sticks didn't come with the marinara dipping sauce. I love Arby's but this location isn't the best, it's just the closest to me. The staff is friendly though. :) *update This Arby's location just earned another star by knowing and making for me an incredible Meat Mountain.
