Papa Johns Pizza

"Pizza arrived cold. The extra garlic sauce I paid for wasn't there and the delivery person carried it sideways as if he were Ricky Bobby. Definitely the worst Papa Johns I've ever come across."

"I placed a delivery order at 6:00pm for a 7:30pm delivery. By 8:15, I'm trying to call the store to see what's up, but they won't answer the phone and just keep sticking me on hold. I eventually have to choose the "new order" prompt, which connects you to a call center. I had to have them patch me to the store to actually get someone to answer. The guy that I spoke with said it would be "going out right now". So I'm like ok fine. Then I noticed on the app my order had been switched to a DoorDash delivery for another half hour away. Nah. So I drive out to the store to witness this complete disaster of a pizza shop. There's 7 people in the lobby waiting for orders. After standing there for 10 minutes with nobody helping me, I call out to the cashier to just give me my money back. She asks a dude in the back to come up to do the refund but he straight up refused to help anyone in the lobby until his pizzas were done. I ended up getting a refund but wow what a train wreck!"

"Really disappointed with this place. At 5:00pm, I pre-ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered by 6:00pm. A little after 6:30, I decided to call them. I was put in hold for a while. After several calls, I finally got ahold of someone who said, "We have your pizza, but I don't know why it's not delivered yet." Mind you, this is a full 40 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered. I asked if there were any delivery drivers available. The person said they'd check. It sounded like they just put down the phone because I could hear various chatter and the phone ringing. This went on for about another 10 minutes before the call was cut off. I am still in the process of trying to figure out where my order is. I'm so disappointed. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but I'd at least like some kind of notice that the delivery was being delayed. Update: I finally got my full order of pizza around 7:40ish. I guess Papa John's eventually just assigned my order to a DoorDash guy. I get that things can get hectic, but a little communication with the customer goes a long way."

"Order carry-out from here on a recent Saturday and had no issues. I placed my order online and it was ready before I got there - but was still hot and fresh. I ordered 4 pizzas, a Papadia, and the new Twix bites. No one had any complaints about the pizza and everything tasted pretty good. The staff was friendly enough and the store wasn't dirty. Overall, I have no complaints and would order here again. And maybe we just got more lucky than some of the other negative reviews."

"Absolutely appalled at the experience that I dealt with. Cashier telling me to check my attitude, and no reason to be rude for simply saying "I would like a refund i can't wait that long." I showed up 5 min after they quoted it would be ready. To be told it would be another 30 to 45 min wait. Cashier stomps off until a manager comes and pushed a button nothing said and she walks back up and practically throws a receipt at me. WOW don't recommend this location at all."
