"We order from here about 3-4 times a month. In the last 5 months I’ve had at least 5 orders messed up. Wrong pizzas more than once, asked for side salad with a sandwich and got charged for the salad and fries then when credited the fries they put a $1 on there. Whenever they messed up the pizza orders Larry?? has always made it right and I appreciate that but I just don’t get how it keeps happening. Today I asked for extra peppers on my salad and sure enough, 2 peppers is all there was. These little things add up and it’s just not what we expect from Minskys. The metcalf Minsky is closer to our house and we prefer there but because my husband works near this one just grabs it on the way home."
"We ordered garlic toast without cheese and were told it might be a problem...to Not put cheese on? Ordered pizza with extra sauce and it came almost dry. If it was the first time, I would let it slide. This antagonistic attitude toward the customer has persisted through our last 3 visits. We used to eat here once a month. We miss better times, this place used to be much better."
"Always love coming to see our favorite, Lyndi. She always takes amazing care of us. The pizzas are also always amazing- we have tried most of the menu at this point and haven’t had a bad one yet. Can’t wait for the Asian pizza to come back!"
"We tried the limited time Italian Beef Pizza and in true Minsky's fashion we were not disappointed! It's was so delicious! It definitely has a kick but in a good way! I will say, I thought there would be more meat, it was definitely heavy on the cheese and peppers but it was still good! We have never tried a pizza here that wasn't amazing! We live 20 minutes away and when I arrived to pick it up it was hot and fresh and even 20 minutes later it was perfect! Keep up the great work!"
"I was strongly recommended to try this place and found it to be “good” but not great. I got the small pizza and cheesecake;It is more crust then there is anything. I did love the cheesecake though,it was delicious! Undecided if I’ll return to try out other items but not totally ruling it out."
