Lift at Jordan Creek Apartments

"Would not choose to live here again. Apartments are nice but everything else is not. Neighbors are noisy. Reeks of marijuana through my apartment due to neighbors smoking. Have had at least 3 packages stolen since I moved here in August. Kids run around through the parking lot without supervision. Management does not seem to care about issues. Edit: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Kids running everywhere and parents nowhere in sight. Fire alarms are pulled at multiple buildings by dumb kids in the middle of the night multiple times a week. Apartments seem to be nice but constantly have Maitnence issues. It’s also nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office."

"We just signed our lease today. Darryl and the others at the office have been amazing throughout the entire process. Very kind, helpful, and caring people. UPDATE: after living here nearly two years, we had constant issues with unruly neighborhood kids destroying and defacing property, constantly trying to jump other kids, there was a shooting in which the detectives recommended the tenants living in the apartment that it was involved in needed to be evicted yet they're still there. Drugs galore, constant screaming and stomping and management does NOTHING to resolve the issues and God forbid anything breaks down in the apartment since it's so poorly built because you'll submit multiple maintenance requests that they'll label as finished without ever even having come by to fix it! I warn you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!"

"DO NOT live here, unless you are desperate. And that is being generous. I would give it a one, but I had no major issues until after I moved out. They charged me for a “pro-rated” amount for days I was not in the apartment anymore. The person I spoke to, Alicia, stated that since I didn’t give a “proper” 60 day notice, they had the right to do that based on the contract I signed. That is bogus and underhanded. I gave plenty of notice and they didn’t contact me about moving out until I was within the “60 days”. She, Alicia, and I got into it about the billing and she said she would reach out to her superiors and discuss it further then get back to me. That never happened. Granted I wasn’t very professional at first because I sensed she didn’t want to be bothered with this, but still, I managed to have all my things moved out and the apartment cleaned up on time. Oh, and I never received my deposit back that was supposed to be emailed to me according to the person I spoke with when I handed the keys in."

"The apartments while nice are poorly made so they are constantly fixing things from the poor engineering. I will rate what it's worth because two full baths for a two-bedroom is uncommon for the price. I've been a resident before they switched to new owners and I couldn't tell you if one was better or not as both seemed ill-prepared for any question I asked. It was a great quiet neighborhood when I first moved in but by the time I left, there were domestic disputes quite often in the area. Please be advised it isn't as good as it seems."
