"I love staying in this hotel when in town for work. I’m always greeted with kindness. The service in the restaurant is great as well as the food."
"Rooms were spacious, beds were large and comfy, sheets were soft and cozy w.fluffy pillows. I loved the smell of the bath/soap/lotion products. The cocktails @ the bar were great & the restaurant had tasty bar food. Both the bar/restaurant and front desk staff were super friendly & nice but the morning van driver w.the baldhead not too much."
"Never thought this would happen at a Marriott hotel. I didn't receive any complementary water bottle during my 4 night stay at the hotel. Did call help desk still not resolved. Thanks to the front desk receptionist who was kind enough to fill my Stanley bottle and gave me 2 small complementary bottles. On the positives, rooms are spacious and clean."
"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I called because my son was staying there for an extended work trip and I wanted to get something delivered to his room for his birthday. I was for fortunate to get Shaun Malhotra on the phone when I called. He went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I know he was busy but he took the time to help make my son's birthday special for him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"
"Here for INPS conference. Several years coming. Always wonderful. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff are friendly, hard working, diverse and attentive. Food has been wonderful. Definitely recommend and my favorite place to stay in DSM."
