"I've resided there for several years, and it's a pleasant and secure environment, and I enjoy using the pool and the Gym. The staff, especially Kysha and Trista, are friendly, attentive, and proactive in addressing any concerns."

"Just don't. They nickel and dime for every damn thing. As much money as I paid to live there you would think it would have been immaculate, was absolutely not. They were bank checks for a reason. Also when they stated they were to come spray for pest or going to enter your apartment for checks or changes, they never did for me anyways. I called about it never received a call back. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly and was still charged plus more. Don't expect to get your deposit back at all. I know my neighbors were fed up and looking for a different place to live. They had the same complaints."

"I lived here for 3 years. Only planned for short term, then COVID happened. Decided to stay put for a couple more years. When I moved out I thought for sure I would owe money (as apartments complex's like to nickel and dime). However, I thought Polo Club was more than fair and thought what they charged me out of my deposit was fair. Great apartment, Great management and the price is amazing being in WDM and close to everything. If you pay your rent on time and don't act a fool, they will treat you right! Trista in the office the best!!!"

"One of the best communities here in West Des Moines. Me and my wife had an amazing time living here. I worked in Des Moines and came home for lunch most days! The staff and managers at Polo Club are always on their toes to take care of things for the residents. The dog park is very lively if you have pets. The gym has adequate space and equipment. Maintenance throughout the complex is always timely. If you are new to Des Moines and are looking to have a peaceful stay until you find your own home, this is the place! PS: The apartment we lived in (building 1000) has been extremely lucky for us and has helped us achieve all of our goals and ambitions!) Cheers !"

"I seriously don't like the way how leasing office work with the mailing system. I had a package delivered at leasing by ups & when I went to the leasing office to collect my package, one of the staff asked me if I got the message from them, when I said no, immediately they said they don't have the package. But the ups tracking was showing it as delivered. Today when I tracked it. It says the package was denied by the receiver & it is shipped to the sender. I still don't understand what's the big deal to go & check the package if I still did not get message."
