"Worst living situation I have ever had. Do you enjoy listening to your neighbors argue all hours of the night? Then this is the place for you. After we brought this up to management, they threatened to EVICT us of we complained again. Like random people sleeping in your stairwell? There was a guy sleeping under the stairs multiple nights and they did not do anything to secure the area or make us feel safer. They do not care about you and are overpriced for the terrible quality all around. P.S. Parking sucks."

"Not a terrible place to live if you don't mind settling for less. The owners and maintenance guy are pretty nice but the downfall is that their money hungry, changed rent from 575 to 730 for a 2 bedroom and nothing changed its still falling apart since the day I moved in. They don't have anything special other than an overpriced laundromat if you'd even call it that. I would suggest Stafford point it's around the same price they got a pool, basketball court, tennis court, a decent laundromat and a playground. To sum it up its not worth the money hunters ridge needs to reevaluate their property"

"I love my apartment! I've been here since November and haven't had any issues. Quiet and safe neighborhood, pet friendly and reasonably priced. Perfect for a small family or someone just out on their own. Plus, the staff has always been friendly."

"My boyfriend and I just moved in a few months ago, and we absolutely love it here! Really nice apartments for a good price. Everything is literally right down the road, but you couldn't tell with how private and quiet the apartment complex is. Debra, which I believe is also an owner as well as manager was super helpful and welcoming to us. I see previous comments stating how rude she is/was but she was never rude with either one of us. I would definitely highly recommend these apartments to anyone."

"I couldn't picked a better place living at Hunters Ridge apartments. I moved in 2009 with my sons. Since I moved in the service has remained in Excellent standing. The service from the rental office is professional always. The rental and leasing office makes you feel at home. Maintenance is on point, when something needs fixed, I call to put in a repair order, maintenance shows up the same day for repair with a smile. I always enjoy talking with Debra. When there is a issue she gets it fixed always with a smile. They keep the property always looking nice. I love my apartment spacious and quiet. Overall Hunters Ridge apartments is a great place to live. I would refer family and friends"
