"The hotel needs updated bad. You do not get room service as far as cleaning your room. I ask if I could have my bathroom, floor, swept and towels and empty the garbage after I had been here for two full days and I was told I could do it myself that was not her room she had the next room. We spent 4 nights total due to my husband’s work. I do not recommend at all to stay at."

"Front desk was kind and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were in disrepair, disheveled, floors and tub were dirty, but thankfully the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were fine until there was a fight in the hallway about drugs and "girls" and the girls making tiktok video advertisements in the hottub with our children next to them. We did not stay the 2nd night we paid for."

"I never leave a review but I felt like I needed to in this case. Honestly the place is nice on the outside and the staff is cool… it was the room…. The bed was Comfy and I didn’t see any spots on the towels, washcloths, and bedding, but my problem was the shower and the look of the hot tub and also the ceiling that looked very damaged. When I stepped in the shower there was a huge dip and I could step in the front of the bath tub I had to stand all the way back so I wouldn’t fall through the bathtub it seemed pretty dangerous and unstable. I was in room 215 you could really tell that there was leaks that happened in the ceiling and not only that the tv we used kept turning off while we were using it…. That’s not it though my boyfriend, and I tried getting breakfast but there wasn’t that many options, and there was mold on the food we did get and we had to throw it out right away… over all the hotel is very out of date and needs a lot of work done and I won’t be be staying here ever again wasn’t worth the money we spent."

"The presidential suite was amazing and so worth the money which really wasn't bad for what the room was. I will be going back here just for this room alone. Mia was amazing at greeting us and starting conversation for small talk. We enjoyed our stay very much the place was clean the jacuzzi in the room was amazing and the soaps were dove u can't go wrong with that. Thank u Baymont by Wyndham of Plainfield Indiana we had a great time."

"During our trip, my brother and I encountered a few issues that slightly marred our overall stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the swift and heartfelt response from the general manager, Gabbie. Once she was made aware of the issues we had experienced she reached out to me personally, displaying a level of sweetness, attentiveness, and genuine concern that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. Gabbie not only took the time to listen to my concerns but also provided a comprehensive resolution that went above and beyond my expectations. Her sincere apology and commitment to addressing the issues demonstrated a true dedication to customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to see a manager who is not only responsive but genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the guests. ** I revised my original review and updated the score. The score is solely based off the issues encountered during this single visit. If I had to rate the customer service and resolution I'd provide a 5 star rating. Due to Gabbie’s handling of the situation and commitment customer service I’d be willing to revisit this property in the future and revise my score based off of that experience. **"
