"We love staying here! The front desk people are amazing the manager Alan is great and super funny! It's so homey and it is our home at the moment wouldn't pick any where to be. Charlie the maintenance guy immediately helped us when we needed it! All around best place ever and trust me we have been to probably 7 hotels this last year in the area and finally found a place to relax and feel comfortable. Thank you guys at extended stay for making it possible!"

"The rooms and nice enough & the price is well worth what you get. But for me, it’s the staff here has made this experience better and easier than I could have ever asked for. My family has been here almost 6 months due to unforeseen circumstances & every step of the way staff has been there to help make our stay as comfortable & manageable as possible. Every single front desk employee is amazing. Miss Pam is the sweetest, James is laid back yet very helpful when needed & Ash has went above and beyond any expectation, even outside the realm of her job description. Alan has saved my family hardship many of times. Then most of all there’s Mr. Charlie McGuire, the maintenance man. He will do everything in his power to fix any problem or inconvenience should one occur, often times just making little upgrades to improve functionality even when no issues occurred. He’s great at his job, but honestly that’s not even what gets me about him. He’s one of those people whose presence will brighten your day. He’s always in a great mood, he always has something funny & sweet to say. He jokes with the kids, and even keeps an open eye no doubt to protect these kids as if they were his grandchildren. My family is grateful to have the experience we’ve had & would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to go comfortably, rather it be a night, a week, a month or a year!"

"The General Manager, Gretchen, is very very very rude and not helpful. My card was declined because an associate ran it too many times due to an error. I booked for one week and wanted to use a different card for the first night since it was their error by running my card too many times. My bank card wouldn't re-activate until 12 am, but we were told that they could not work with the rate, and instead of the 7 day discounted rate, we would have to pay the one night rate which was significantly higher. They caused this situation to happen and would not rectify it. Very unprofessional. I called the Corporate Office and was told the person in charge only accepts emails normally, but the operator would try to call. I waited on the phone while my work was being interrupted only to get hung up on again. While I was trying to book a room, the system went down twice after I had gone through the whole process, and I was disconnected twice. I had to call a third time to even get my reservation confirmed."

"If you have pets and stay here just know that it is a 2 pet per room limit even if you have visiting pets. No more than 2 and you will be charged for the pets on a daily even if they are visiting. We were told they couldn't renew our reservation because we had 2 extra pets (cats) and even thou they were visiting and I was taking them to a friend for my daughter we violated the pet policy. So they made us leave but the guy that stole my husband's phone (and secretly returned it) is still living there. Hmmm Just make sure you read ALL the verbiage"

"For the price and the condition of the facility, extended stay America should get four stars. it lacks oven microwave and electric stove. Only no silverware plates or anything of that nature included. They only clean your room every other week. at the front desk lady during the week and be very…..Frosty. She’s efficient, but if you’re easily offended by standoffish Service, I would avoid that front desk"
