"It was a great Experience. We had some issues but it was figured out in 48 hours. Thanks to "Amber" she helps us a lot. She is always so cooperative. She also helped us with form filling which we have to know before signing the leasing papers. After moving we had an issue with some tiny things but it's shorted out by her in a couple of hours. Well, at this price range, it is the perfect place to live. Well, Jus only 2 things I don't like, 1st food smells while someone cooks their meal ( chicken, meat, ) because we are vegetarian. 2nd smoking smell or weed I don't know because that's none of my business. Overall, till now it has been a good experience. Thank you"

"Updated after 1 year renewal. Solid complex, office staff put forth some effort to maintain and keep up on the property. Wall unit ac leaves a little to be desired on hot days however overall the unit was clean, kept, and pretty modernized, not as good as central air but hey. The winters are the best because the buildings get free radiant heat, so my wife stays happy with the apartment is warm in the winter. Our fridge died during our stay on a Friday and they had it replaced Monday. They do special events each month like cute pet contest, balcony decorating, and such. I recommend it to friends looking for a local stay. My 2 biggest ongoing complaints after more than a year with no improvement are the parking and the dog poop. I have a dog. I pick up after my dog. However even reporting others who let their dog off leash and free poop without picking it up, every grass lot especially behind buildings are mine fields... And the parking, the management makes posts, but every resident knows weekends are non enforcement times. Big parties, no parking tags, no towing, and people parking in disabled spots without proper tags... frustrating to say the least... especially when there are not enough parking spots to begin with."

"The ladies in the office are awesome. The building is just okay. The apartments are in desperate need of updates.The countertops are painted, when they need replacing, and the paint bubbles, peels, and stains easily. The parking situation is very frustrating. We repeatedly have difficulty finding parking near our apartment because everyone is allowed 2 cars, but there are only enough spaces for each apartment to have 1 car. There is one wall a.c. in the living room that does nothing to cool the bedrooms and bathroom. You cannot put a.c. units in the windows. They recently raised the rent to "market value" and the apartments are extremely dated and not worth what they are charging (especially when updated houses with yards and 2+ bedrooms are going for the same amount if you can get into one). There are zero amenities. So extraordinarily over priced and offers way less than apartments in surrounding cities."

"Mid-40s single guy with a professional job. My review is for people similar to me. This place is fine, but too expensive for how nice it is. If you're trying to decide between here and another place that's another $100-$200 more, pay the extra. If the difference is more than $200, you should probably choose here because it's not terrible. Most of these reviews about the quality of the apartments is true. I also have one wall AC in the main room that doesn't cool the whole apartment (not even close). Stuff breaking a lot is true. I just got done turning in my third maintenance request for the washing machine outside my door, and I've been here 10 months. I had to put in a request to replace the door seals around the door because the hallway smells would fill my apartment. (The hallway smell was weed, but that's not the apartment complex's fault). Before they replaced it, I was taping the seams of my front door shut. My dishwasher has leaked a couple of times. The glass patio door is rusting out so there's water between the pains of glass. The electrical outlets are worn out and plugs tend to not stay in them when you plug stuff in. One of my stove burners needed to be replaced. All of this in 10 months. The stuff about the bugs isn't true for me. I've never seen a pest issue. I feel safe in my apartment. It's mostly clean (the carpet is old and a little gross) and I have it looking nice. Being on the third floor, facing west overlooking the empty field, is a great place to be. My living room is sunset orange almost every night between May and October. I did renew my lease for a year, although I plan to move at the end of my second year because of the reasons I outlined above. My review would have 4 stars if I paid a couple hundred less, because my neighbors are fine and the staff is nice and the place isn't terrible, just overpriced. Hopefully this review will help you make a decision on whether to live here."
