"I have lived here for 25 years now. My only complaint is that the rent keeps getting higher and higher each year. I truly think I am the longest renter here and I wish I could get a discount on my rent or a set amount so my rent stays the same from year to year. I live on my social security from month so by stabilizing my rent each year would help me each month. I feel very safe and happy living in my apartment and I am treated very kindly by the staff here. They are the best."

"Go save up for a house. I have nothing nice to say about village green. Our first two years had water in the walls, ac breaks down too often, it took a couple of months t o get my deposit back minus some fee they charged, ants, spiders, leaking widows, I could go on and on."

"We had lived there for 3 years. Yes walls are thin, it’s an apartment, not a house. We loved living at Village Green. The staff were always kind and helpful. Maintenance responded quickly when something needed fixed. It truly felt like home, living on the bottom floor. Our neighbors were all respectful (for the most part) and we could hear the occasional vacuum running or furniture moving from upstairs. Only complaint is the parking lot is icy in the winter. If you are respectful and courteous to others and staff, everyone was kind in return."
