"I really don't understand all the negative reviews about this place. We booked a room online and it was pretty cheap. The receptionist was nice and the check in was really quick and smooth. The room was really nice too, clean towels, and a clean bathroom. There was a complimentary breakfast as well with scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, etc. We didn't go to the pool area but I really liked what I got for the price I paid. I guess people are getting disappointed trying to get 5 star experience from a room under $100 dollars a day."

"I booked room online...and when we got there. It's pet friendly and the first I didn't have dog. But was charged for 3! The bathroom was beyond DISGUSTING!! not clean at all. And there was CC ups left from previous people and all said and done they have taken me for 700 dollars!! I will not go back n will keep everyone best I can from this scam!! And I'm ignored and they won't even give my partial payment.back..."

"Not a pleasant experience. When we checked in everything appeared fine. We arrived at the room and it smelled of smoke and the room and bathroom was dirty. After our first night, we received a call asking if we wanted to book the room for another night (we had written email confirmation of a 2 night stay and paid in full). We said we have proof that we paid for 2 nights and do not charge us again. They kept getting our last name wrong with another reservation which doesn't make sense to me as they do take your state ID when you sign in to the hotel to confirm accurate information (this step must have been skipped). Finally checked out and next day they charged us an additional $100..for what? Tried to call to sort this out and they are very difficult to get a hold of. Will update this review if they make this right. Pay the extra few dollars and go elsewhere."

"Don't stay here. They did a minor remodel but the showers and bathroom in our room was nasty. We did not shower there. The pool is unusable. The first floor door to the parking lot doesn't lock at all. Anyone can wander into the building at anytime. The parking lot is poorly lit. Do yourself a favor and sleep someplace else."

"I made a mistake when I booked and cost them a few dollars. The new management was very understanding and didn’t charge me what they could have. They are working on updating and remodeling. The room was bigger than expected. There was some rust stains in the bathtub but I can look past that since new management is trying to rebrand. Nice hot breakfast not your typical muffins and fruit. They had a pool but we didn’t use it. Plenty of parking and relatively safe area. Close to the highway which was convenient to get back on the road to our destination. Don’t judge on the old management, the new is trying to make it better and are invested to make their customers a priority."
