Park View At Beech Grove Apartments

"I am reading all the reviews and I feel like some people just like to complain. Wendal has a very hard job. He deals with a lot of things he shouldn’t have to and he deals with them very well. The maintenance men are wonderful as well. They get to my apt with any issue so quick and they go above and beyond. They do things that they do not have to do. They are always out first thing every morning picking up trash and making sure it looks nice. These are apts that accept section 8 which normally people have kids. Kids like to be outside. So it’s not a bunch of animals running around like one review said it’s KIDS playing outside. If you’re wanting a to live someone where there are no kids I wouldn’t live here then. But to call them animals ?? Wow. I feel since Wendal has became the manager things have been wayyyyyy better. The kids go inside at a good hour and mostly are only out during the summer. What else are they suppose to be doing ? The ppl would complain kids never go outside and sit on their devices all the time. Anywhere can get mice and only time you see them will be in the winter. Which then you call and have pest control there. I just want to put this on here because I’m seeing all bad reviews and that’s just not the case. These are nice apts I have been here for 7 years almost. I dnt plan on moving until I find a home that I’ll be on forever. I’m picky too so that says alot. I have a 4bedroom. You can’t find alot of townhomes for the price for as much as you get with it 4 bedrooms 2 baths walk in closet laundry room you have everything you need. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My apartment was absolutely wonderful. My carpet was new and my appliances. The community looked good and the staff was nice and helpful. The maintenance guy Alex put up my ring Cam for me as well. Way to go Wendell! I appreciate you all."

"I use to love it here but now i don't like it so much. When I moved in there has been roaches and a mice infestation so bad in my apartment. At first we would call and go down to the office and they will send someone out but the more we came about the issue they will say they will send somebody but nobody shows up so we took the initiative to by the products and kill them ourselves. I'm spending to much money to kill what they should have done. I do not recommend anyone to live here."
