"This place is trash. It looks nice, new remodeled apts, nice driveway BUT the tenants are delinquents. Packages are stolen constantly, kids are allowed to run in and out of empty apts causing havoc. People just randomly knock on your door . Neighbors fighting all the time. You can’t complain to the office, the lady in the front asks rhetorical and ridiculous questions when you complain. The other lady just hands you a paper with their “security” people’s number and exceeds you call them yet there is no security to prevent this from happening. They won’t rent to Decent, hard-working people but if you hand them money, they quickly give you an apartment where you are allowed to do illegal things and you to go to the office and complain about it because the office does not care after you have signed the contract. The receptionist doesn’t like taking ANY complaints from tenants, it annoys her and those are her precise words. They rather YOU the tenant invest in a security camera for yourself out of your own pocket yet rent here starts in the $900s. This housing company has money to invest in making the place look pretty but not in their tenants security INSIDE the apt buildings. Living here is basically fending for yourself."

"Just from viewing the property itself, it’s shameful. Let these other reviews guide you when deciding to move here. You can see the shift in tone of the responses coming from the (Owner). Any recent responses are clear deflections of responsibility, I cannot even imagine contacting the office if the (Owner) is already this abrasive. Clearly there is photo evidence provided by these tenants, which match the descriptions of these apartments, and your excuse to deflect is always “You’re not in our database.” Really? I have no interest in moving here, and I’ve never felt the need to write a review just based off the behavior of someone. Those responses are disgustingly unprofessional."

"Just don’t . Office is rude. They don’t fix anything. Moved into a dirty home. With unfinished carpet. Safety hazards for kids. No fire hydrant in hallway . Shootings every night. The list could go on. It just needs shut down"

"I've been living here sinceMarch of this yearAnd I've never really had issues Other than maintenance ignoring my request.ButToday symbolizes a new low.Never in my life have I ever had bed bugsThis company wants to blame the issue on meEven though if you look through other reviews there are other tenants complaining about bed bugs.The company is wanting me to pay For treatments and honestly I feel that it is not my responsibilityI work at a very sanitized facility And no one has beens in my apartment in a long time. Bed bugs will travel from apartment to apartment don't blame me."
