"Excellent Stay with Outstanding Customer Service Spotlight: Issac valet, Madison-FD, Donnica FD, Michael ENG were incredible. From offering to unpack my car, opening the doors, getting a cart for me, Michael brought a fan to my room within a minute of inquiring about a fan (I always bring a fan and forgot mine and have trouble sleeping with out). Attentive to everyone I passed them interacting with. All of these employees were exceptional and beyond friendly- deserve credit where credit is due. It was very refreshing after a long day of work and traveling. I don’t write reviews often but these employees deserved a great review. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. The room itself was immaculate, with clean decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Water bottles provided in room as well. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the level of customer service provided. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests I had. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly fulfilling room service orders, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. Overall, my experience at Sheraton exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, thanks to its impeccable service and amenities. I look forward to returning in the future and will be staying here monthly for a week for work travel. Thank you staff!"

"I made a reservation through Sheraton at a discounted rate months ago for a stay in April. I got a text message saying my reservation was canceled. I never canceled the room. When I called to discuss this, the woman confirmed it was canceled but couldn't give me a reason why. I had to rebook at a price that was over $200 more than my original reservation. The rooms are all going for more than I originally paid now, and I believe the reason it was canceled was so they could get more money as I booked months ago at a discounted rate. Just beware of this, especially on a concert or event weekend. That's why I booked the room months ago and why they're so expensive now. I was forced to pay over $200 more than a rate I was promised because they canceled for an unknown reason. I made the reservation directly through the Sheraton website and not through a 3rd party website, so it wasn't a fault of a 3rd party website."

"Really nice rooms (ours had a great view), friendly folks at the front desk, a short walk to all kinds of stuff, clean rooms also might I add, they have a coffee place a restaurant and a breakfast joint in the building (not sure the hours). Mini fridge, tv, and soap and shampoo and conditioner in the shower already. Nice place to stay. Parking is $45 to self park and $50 for valet, HOWEVER, if you will not fit in parking garage with a lift kit on a truck. A full size truck misses the top of parking garage by barely 1”. Clearance is 6’4” so just be aware of this. There are other options such as a parking garage elsewhere or street parking. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We took our 2 children with us and they enjoyed themselves very much also. Didn’t get to use the pool due to it being out of season when we went but we could see it from our room."

"People at the front desk were great. Location is great. However, lots of other issues. Bathrooms are small with no fans. I would think a Sheraton would have the $ to install fans. Room we were in had a vent that made noise like an ice cube machine or coffee maker 24 hours around the clock - never stopped and was bad at night for sleeping. TV was fairly worthless with few channels working. Room keys didn't work for stairwell so if you tried to take that route, you were stuck except to go all the way down to street level. Only one ice machine in the whole place. Again, I would think a Sheraton could afford a few more. Prices are high - room, restaurant and parking - which I get for a downtown location."

"01/0102024 UPDATE REVIEW…. The general manager right away contacted me to help with my situation and make it right. It was a process but his communication and openness with situation was great. He did an excellent job to make it right and stood behind what he said. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. From the start with check in. The front desk seemed very unorganized. They were very suspicious when looking at my reservation and weren’t very good at communicating. When I asked questions about what was going on they ignored the questions and blamed morning staff reserving rooms to people. They tried charging me twice and when I said I paid already when I booked. The manager mumbled something. I said do you want to see my email confirmation. He said no not necessary. I was charged again for fees and damages, which I already paid. Once we got to our room. It was not the room I paid for. I was ignored when I questioned the desk about it. Also there was no explanation for breakfast or checking out. Was not giving vouchers for breakfast. Breakfast was included and was not on my reservation. Luckily I had my email proving it. The staff was very unprepared, unprofessional and unorganized for a big event downtown."
