Amidst the history of the old Ford factory, The Assembly shines with stunning interiors, fantastic amenities, and downtown proximity. Alyssa's genuine care for residents and property upkeep sets it apart. After nearly four years, I have no intentions of moving out. Thank you to Alyssa and the entire team at The Assembly!"

"I moved into the Assembly in September and upon move in, I had a couple work orders, but Marshall, the property manager, made sure I had everything completed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate him for making sure I had a smooth move in going forward and I haven’t had any issues since my move in. I absolutely love living here and I would recommend The Assembly to anyone looking to live downtown. I adore my space and the windows and updated finishes (also washer and dryer in unit) sold me right away. I also love that they have a fitness center available 24 hours, a grab and go vending machine, secured package area, secured bike storage space, lovely community room and not to mention the roof top area that overlooks the city. Also! Ash & Elm is located in the same building. Delicious food just a few minutes from my apartment without having to leave my building?! Yes please!"

"I had a showing scheduled and the leasing office made me wait an hour before telling me the “system double booked me”. But another lady told me she was at an appointment. Like why would you wait last minute to tell me you had a personal appointment during the time of my showing? Then I came back an hour later and viewed, and I found the apartment I liked so i applied and then I signed the lease and sent my money over and a week later she told me somebody else signed the lease because she didn’t know if I still wanted it. I already planned my move in date and everything. Super bad communication and rude management."

"I love the windows and the view from the rooftop. The building smells really good and the tall ceilings and finishes in the apartments are beautiful. Maintenance is great and the lady in the office is very kind."

"One word - Rooftop!!! I don't personally live here, but I have a friend that does and had the pleasure of touring the community with her as well. Her apartment is BEAUTIFUL!! The windows are spectacular and her one bedroom is spacious and chic. My friend is already in her second year of living there and has said she doesn't plan on moving for a very long time!! But...THE ROOFTOP! It has absolutely gorgeous views and makes for the perfect spot to hang out with your friends. Marshall, the property manager, was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable and able to answer her questions during the tour too!! The community is a definite must-see!!"
