"Had them come do 4 rooms. We were told they specialize in pet stains. They do not! Our carpets looked worse after they left! They over-saturated the rooms and closets and did not extract enough of the water/solution. Carpet took 4 days to dry... leaving an awful, musty odor. We called to discuss this issue with them 2 days after service and never received a call back. So, I am now forced to have my floors redone next week with another company. Don't waste your money here! Unresponsive to concerns & Did more harm than good."
