"Can I just say that this has to be the best customer service for a field technician I've ever experienced. Before he even arrived, Sean Rhea was courteous, considerate and accommodating over the phone. Once he arrived, he greeted me with a smile and business card right away. (I love that!) He found and resolved my electrical issue within his first couple of minutes of being here. When he came inside to quote for other jobs I had questions about, he wore the shoe covers (super important to me) and was open to and informative about every project I came up with.
