"We had a kitchen flood a week before Christmas and Mendy (the owner) showed up within 30 minutes of finding the water in our house and has been on top of things ever since! She has been extremely helpful through the whole process from dry out, to navigating our insurance claim, and most recently, getting our house put back together! Travis, her finishing foreman, is super kind, professional, and does wonderful work! You won’t go wrong with this team. They made a stressful time as smooth as can be expected. We are forever grateful!"
"In the past, Tri-State has done a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. Now, under the new ownership, I will no longer recommend them. I had 6 rooms of carpet cleaned this week. The crew that was sent did not respect my furniture, or my request to extract more water from the carpet. The carpet was left so wet, it took 36 hours to dry, using 2 large fans, ceiling fans, and the furnace fan. In the past, I highly recommended Tri-State to family and friends. Again, I will no longer do so. Thank you."
