"Don’t buy online from Torrid. They are ripping people off. After literally 17 attempts to get a $200 refund from a return they finally stopped responding. With each attempt they assured me the refund was being processed. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn’t respond to them."
"I have double charges and charged different order charges that are not being refunded. I tried emailing,calling customer service and calling the closest store to talk to store manager. Its being portrayed that the dm is too busy to call a customer back and the representatives say they see everything and yet there is no accounting department that can look into charges based on what I bought. Just be aware and check your bank statements and orders to make sure it is correct. This issued has not been resolved and its been over a month."
