"Young lady at checkout was kind, I was greeted as I shopped around, store was clean and merchandise easy to find/actually sized correctly. 5 stars for the store operations and the customer service. If I could give LB a rating it would be a 3 star. Their products cater to the elderly in terms of being on trend and they need to get with the fact that it is 2023. I only buy basics now usually (bras, underwear, black leggings, etc) because anything with a pattern makes you look ancient."
"The attendamt was very help with me trying to find a bra in my size in the store but couldn't so we decided to go on-line the bras was very colorful but no support on the 42 j straps. Will have to go back to 18 hour and there color's or only black, white and beige."
"The dressing rooms are open again, yay!!!! The sales girl was great, bringing other sizes to try on, even checking other stores and their on line catalog to find what I wanted. If you haven't been in a while make it a point to go!!"
"I made a return, and even though I walked in the store as they were getting ready to close for the evening, Blair, the sales associate, was very nice to me. She even asked me if I wanted to look around to see if there was something I wanted to exchange my item for, rather than return it. She could have been nasty towards me since I walked in last minute (unintentionally), but she chose kindness, and I appreciate it."
