"On Friday 12/1/2023 I tried to order my daughter Christmas gifts on Tilly’s app. I hit submit they said there was an error I went back checked my info and everything was right hit submit again and got the error message, checked my bank they took 170.03 out twice but everything was still in my cart. Called customer service they were as rude as could be and told me I needed to just wait until the charges fell off my bank. 12/7/2023 they finally fell off. While I was sleeping 12/7-12/8 in the morning they charged me double AGAIN!!! I haven’t even been on the site to even look at anything because I was so disgusted with what they had already done to me! Now I’m supposed to wait even longer to get this resolved! I will NEVER shop at Tilly’s ever again!!!!!"

"I love the store!But they need more sizes for girls most of the time they only have the large size for girls and if you to their website for a product they have the size extra large online.Also they need to have most of the stuff they have for girls online that they show they have in store and have the sizes extra large plz and the store is a little expensive"
"Great selection! Terrible service. I have been here several times and most of the staff is chatting with each other and offering no assistance. There is a manager... and she is always helpful. Easier to just go online and order clothes. Please remember that the parent is spending money and not the kids... JS"
