"Not from the area so was excited to go here because we don't have this, where I live. Came in at 5:15 on a Sunday, they close at 6. I've honestly never felt more unwelcomed than I did here. 1st I stopped to look at earrings and necklaces....put what I wanted on the counter and proceeded to the bras, which is why I went here. I asked for a fitting....a lady said yes and just walked away. I proceeded to look around but when I got towards the back, I saw her standing with a measuring tape and looking annoyed that I didn't just follow her. I didn't know bc she didn't say. I assumed she was going to get something and coming back. She measured me at a 46F....so incorrect and I knew it immediately. I purchased 2 bras and sent my husband to the counter to pay while I continued to look around. The cashier rang up the bras and asked "do you still want the jewelry?' As if we couldn't afford it. Meanwhile, I had another employee def keep an eye on me which gave me "I think you're going to steel" vibes. Very uncomfortable!! $136 later, they threw my lace bras in the same bag as 8-10 pairs of earrings and nothing was wrapped. Earrings were fully engulfed in the lace when I got home. I feel like it was purposeful bc these girls should KNOW.....if not, they need training. I would have spent much more but felt incredibly unwelcome. I will wait until i get home to a lane Bryant to return 1 bra that is entirely too big bc they don't know how to measure."

"This review was actually suggested by my girlfriend. It's expensive here. It's also one of the only places that has bras in her size. However, the selection for her particular size is very small."

"This location is always clean and the staff has always been informative and friendly. If they don't have an item in stock they are more than happy to order it online if possible. Free shipping to your home if ordered online in the store too, no more having to make the drive back to the mall just to get your purchase. Their store is always well let and sales are clearly marked for everyone to see. Plenty of clean fitting rooms if needed as well. Being a guy I also never feel out of place. Wives bring your husbands haha!"

"Wow!! I wish I could remember the young lady's name that helped me SO very much when I was there, but I was soooo very nervous!! She put me at ease after a few minutes and had me smiling. I found out nt correct size and then showed what I was asking for. I encountered another young lady and she was, as well, extremely nice!! Highly recommend them!!"
