"I do like living here a lot , great price , great area but the maintenance is horrible. They say that they have completed your maintenance request but really don’t. I had a few little pill bugs ( they call them that, but they were small roaches ) in my studio and no one sent out the exterminator. They lied and said that they did and then said they were booked and never got back to me . I went out and bought 40 dollars worth of spray and did their job . I’ve been here since beginning of June this year . I do like it here , the studio is small but perfect size for single person. Great features inside studio home. Neighbors seem cool and everyone minds their business. I need the office and maintenance staff to do better but other than that , it’s nice here ."

"Since I made contact with Priscilla property apartments, I have absolutely been overcome with joy and satisfaction the property manager Gavin has accommodated my most every need in my transition of moving in to my new apartment home. His customer service professionalism and human kindness is absolutely outstanding to say the least Gavin has been effective and hands on from the moment I came to view the apartment this building has absolutely been transitioned in a state of the art downtown living experience. My apartment home is full of new updated appliances. The bathroom has beautiful tile, and the flooring is absolutely gorgeous not to mention the updated technology that is equipped throughout the apartments. In my opinion if you’re looking for a new apartment home in the downtown area look no farther this building is full of every amenities one needs. Plus I like the security this building offers. in this crazy world we live in it’s hard to find people that still have a good customer service let alone good work ethics you’ll find that both in the property manager here. I appreciate all that they have done for me thus far and I absolutely love my new apartment home."

"i enjoy living here, close to downtown and updated apartments. the issues are with the management not fixing problems in a timely manner (ive had to take a lot of cold showers due to the hot water being out). packages get stolen by other residents/homeless people who get in the basement. they need to add cameras or something. they just don’t care about the residents or it just doesn’t feel that way. on another note the fire alarm goes off probably once a month for about 1-2 hours and there is not a fire or any issues. i work night shift and it’s impossible to sleep when stuff like this happens. i try to call and see if someone can fix it and never hear back. awful management!!!! and not worth the price!!!"

"Rent and utilities are cheap. The overall look of the apartments are decent. Huge downside, you live in front of a soup kitchen. Lots of people hanging outside the apartments. I was yelled at and threatened walking to my car. It is exclusively street parking. No spots saved for the tenants. Hallways are covered in trash and tacky signs about boosting reviews. Some child is always screaming, some music is always blasting, some homeless guy is always trying to guess the code to get into the building. Update: As a resident who is currently sitting waiting for flakey property management to turn off our fire alarm at 11:52 PM. This place is not worth it. No urgency or communication between management and tenants. Management is completely absent and you can tell. The quality of the building is bad. Basement has a bad case of mold. Would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Can’t wait to move out."
