The installers we're local but one I think Gary was his name was very knowledgeable and knew the best way to get the job done without disturbing more of the basement than necessary. Solid connections throughout all his work. Phil the son of the owner is very friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended. I compared prices and I went here due to the realistic maintenance expectations that Phil explained to me about tankless water heaters. I feel that this guy is trustworthy and would do his best to give a fair price to the customer without shortcuts and excessive costs to the business."
