"Jasper VacNSew just messaged me to say that they are sorry they didn’t meet your needs. I took my infrared heater there to get it fixed which I thought was way overpriced when Jason Pierce got done with it. I figured it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I took it home and it was louder than the old one so I took it back the next day. Jason Pierce said no cash back no returns and pointed to a tiny sign next to the register. The only way to recoup any of my families money was to give him the new one in exchange for the old one that he fixed. He then charged me a repackaging fee. My family and friends know about this place and will never be shopping there. Much cheaper to buy parts on line and fix yourself. Jasper VacnSews slogan is “Our Vacuums Suck!” Yes they do!"
"Took a edenpure heater to him to have looked at he just immediately said circuit boards burned up can't get the parts. So I went and looked online the parts are totally available everywhere bought a 12$ sensor from edenpure and heater is fixed. He just wanted to sell us a new heater unfortunately we fell for the lie and bought a new heater that we don't need now and they don't refund. We won't be back we can get the same stuff off of Amazon and they refund so won't be shopping local there no more. Oh and they still sale Edenpure used ones even though they say they will start on fire"
"The only way this place could be better is if they had longer Saturday hours, but I understand why they are what they are. The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for sewing machine maintenance and repairs."
"Great service! I would highly recommend this place. They fixed my sewing machine within 2 hours of the time I brought it in. I sent an e-mail to the business and within 2 hours they called to see how they could assist me. Very professional and helpful. I will return if needed!"
