"Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set from Aaron’s. I paid off my set early. My washer has stopped working after a year and a half. I called Aaron’s and was informed they will send out a technician. Technician just left my house advised they will not be fixing the washer or replacing it because it’s no longer under warranty. Why send a technician then? I called the store and spoke with the manager. Manager advised the warranty runs out 60 days after I pay it off. Will no longer be purchasing from Aaron’s."

"We have been renting to own a sectional couch and a fancy smart TV from here for about a year. Always pay on time. Weve had a really good experience with this Aarons. This surprised me because rent to own places make me nervous. Today my husband called to pay off our contract for the tv with the intention of starting another agreement for a washer and dryer. My washer is on the fritz and my dryer has been down for months. There's 6 of us here at home so having a washer and dryer is a MUST. Anyway my husband paid for the tv but then was told we only had one option for a washer and dryer agreement and it was 40+ dollars more expensive than our previous agreement with the tv. I had one picked out online that would fit our budget. But was told they couldn't order that set for us. Even though it was listed as available on their website at that location...and they had previously ordered the couch we are currently renting from them with no problem. If I had known they couldn't get the set that was in our budget we wouldn't have paid the tv contract to open a new agreement. So needless to say we will be finishing our rental agreement on the couch and taking our business elsewhere. We've been excellent renters. So I expected excellent customer service. Oh well."

"Make sure you never fall behind not even once on your payments unless u like to be personally harassed multiple times a day. My husband was behind on a half payment 1 time and he's been a loyal customer of a pretty expensive living room set for a long time. They call from multiple numbers multiple times a day even when you tell them you are going to pay on a certain date they still call call call call CALL at least twice a day. They call on my husbands phone while he's asleep during the day from working the night shift and not even 5 seconds later they are calling my phone even though I'm not financially responsible it comes from his account only. When you are late on payments they also call and let all of your references know as well because our friends have told us they call for him. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME he has been late and they act like they are going bankrupt over 90 bucks HALF a payment. We pay nearly 200 bucks a month and you guys can't give him a break when he's been paying in good standing for a long time. BE WARNED GUYS. You aren't allowed to have any hardship or financial problems because they can't get that through their head. They will agree with you and tell you its okay and start calling early in the morning from different numbers. You would think they would have more to do than that. Aside from that.. The sales people are very professional and friendly and so are the delivery guys! The people in the office are another story though."
