"One of the most honest businesses I have ever dealt with!! I was told by 3 other businesses. They could not fix my microwave. But told me to bring it in and he would look at it!! No promises! He said there would be a service charge for looking at it plus parts! It is an over $300 microwave. And he fixed it for me at a fraction of the cost of a new one!!"

"Employees were polite and easy to deal with and the tech seemed knowledgeable. They came to check out my dishwasher for repair. After they came to diagnose and explained that they would need to order a new control board, I later received a call saying that I would still be on the hook for the cost of control board even if it didn't fix my problem (parts were apparently non-returnable). I declined the repair since I didn't want to pay for something that may not fix my problem. So now I'm just on the hook for the labor for diagnosis and trip fee. I won't call this company again for additional repairs or recommend them to others since they don't stand behind their own diagnoses. Instead, I purchased the parts myself from an OEM distributor who told me I can return the parts if they don't work. The cost of the parts was much lower than this company quoted as well."
