"Diana at the pharmacy was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. She gave me so much attitude when I was just trying to pick up my prescription. I have recently switched insurances and Diana gave me attitude when I told her that, and told me I should have updated it myself online. (I have switched insurances before and brought the new card to Walgreens and they have updated it for me no problem.) There was an issue with my insurance for some reason after she updated it, and was being very loud about it when there was a line behind me. She then suggested I paid out of pocket, after telling her I have insurance…I ended up just leaving. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I didn’t want to pay it out of pocket. Overall, she is very disrespectful and rude. I will be switching my Walgreens for prescription pickups. Someone should tell her she doesn’t need to be a pharmacist if she doesn’t want to be."

"I am once again rating this place. 10 people in line at the pharmacy, one cashier checking people out and taking her sweet time. Plan on an hour out of your day to get anything from the pharmacy. Also, went to check out at the regular cashier, and she didn't even acknowledge me for 3 minutes. No one else in line either. How do these people keep their jobs???"

"Whatever Walgreens is doing, it’s not working for pharmacy employees or customers. This location used to be really great, but now the pharmacy lines are always very long, the computer systems are never working properly such that every interaction takes longer to get right or process and everyone seems super-stressed. I feel like the people working are trying, but they seem overwhelmed. Walgreens, please do better for your people."

"For your sake don’t fill a prescription here. It took me 4 hours to get my prescription filled post surgery even though they told me it would take 1 1/2 hours. Technically I am still waiting for my prescriptions as I write this review. No one ever answered the phone when I called and I had to go back to the store to check on the status 3 times. Each subsequent time I went they said it would take 30 minutes. My advice… go to a different Walgreens or another pharmacy with a more competent staff. They clearly don’t care about their patients/ customers at this location."

"Absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy. I’ve lived nearby for 8 years. For the past 5, I’ve gone out of my way to have prescriptions filed elsewhere because the lines are always atrocious, they’ll take 2-3x longer to fill a prescription, and there’s always some sort of issue leading to further delays. Today, drive through was closed. This is not just a staffing issue. This has gone on since this store opened. Whoever runs the pharmacy operations and staffing, whether corporate or a store manager, needs to be fired and never allowed to touch a pharmacy business again."
