"Could not recommend VEG enough. Everyone there is so kind and truly cares for their patients. My dog needed overnight fluids for an inflamed gut, they had test results for us very quickly, they were able to make him feel comfortable while he healed, I had great confidence they would take great care of my dog when I went home to sleep. Two days later my dog feels much better! Thank you VEG team!"

"The VEG is one of the best veterinary places I have been. Last week we took my 12 year old Charlie who struggled to breathe. They reacted right away when we arrived Dr. Kim and Dr. Curlin explained things kindly and did their best to answer any questions I had. Also, They kindly asked if we wanted coffee or a snack. After a few hours, Charlie could come home with us. The price was pretty high but they have the knowledge and compassion for the animals and the owners. I highly recommend this place."

"I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this emergency vet clinic. About two months ago, I rushed in with my sick 2-week-old newborn kitten, hoping for immediate assistance. Instead, we were made to wait an eternity just to have them glance at him. The staff showed little concern or attention, conducting exams without even bothering to inform us about the exorbitant costs involved. To add insult to injury, they couldn’t even provide a proper diagnosis for why my kitten was ill, yet they had the audacity to suggest further expensive exams without any explanation. We rightfully declined, sensing they were just out to drain our wallets. The cherry on top was the excruciatingly long wait at checkout, only to be hit with a staggering bill of $450. When questioned, they rattled off a laundry list of exams conducted, but failed to provide any actual assistance or answers during our agonizing wait. Needless to say, I left utterly disappointed and disheartened. And tragically, the very next day, my poor kitten passed away. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. The callousness and incompetence displayed by the staff are truly appalling. Steer clear if you value the well-being of your beloved pets."

"If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Every staff member I met was attentive, compassionate, and thorough with insuring my pets care. My senior cat, Spanky, was rapidly declining this morning so I brought him in to VEG after being recommended by our primary vet to seek immediate treatment. They saw us quickly, treated us with kindness, and kept me updated promptly with lab results, treatments they were planning to do, and the costs of their services. Although every staff member was kind and helpful, Dr. K and Gina particularly went above and beyond to not only keep my pet happy but to keep me calm and positive as well. They both did a wonderful job explaining in depth the issues with my pet and what they needed to do in order to get him feeling as good as gold again. Additionally, since I was there for a couple hours they also offered snacks, coffee, and water periodically to me, as well as gave my cat a charcuterie board of wet food to try and get his spirits back up. Thankfully, he perked up by the end of the night and we were sent home. They even included some of the food he seemed to eat (and keep down!) in a little bag for me as well as potty pads incase he has an accident. Overall, I am so happy I came to this establishment and can 100% say that I have never been to a more attentive and welcoming vets office before. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped Spanky and I today. You guys are truly the best!"

"I’ve now been to VEG with my dog Olive twice for gastrointestinal emergencies and both times she received exceptional care. The entire place, from the front desk staff to the vet techs and doctors, is full of incredible humans who will treat your pet like their own. They are compassionate and so knowledgeable. VEG is also upfront about pricing so you know what to expect—they really take care of the pet owners as well as their pets :) Hopefully we won’t need to go back again but if we do, I know we’ll be in great hands.
