"A very good hotel in the center of Chicago. We have been here for the Midwinter Meeting. Hence everything was very busy. The hotel provides a lot of meeting rooms. There are two towers, but nevertheless, it is easy to find the place you are looking for. The buffet for lunch is rich. You find souvenir shops inside the hotel."
"I was in town visiting for a conference and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was great, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very modern with large TV’s, and their breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future."

"Excellent staff and accomodations! Joy checked me in and was there each day of my stay. She was attentive and efficient in the performance of her duties. Her smile was a welcome part of my trip. Room clean and well appointed. Outstanding view of the Chicago River from my room. Navy Pier viewed from the end of the hall. Hotel is centrally located to so many sights and events. Breakfast was very good with many options, including gluten free. I will be back again!"
"Freshly renovated, beautiful hotel. Rooms were excellent, very clean! We were staying here for a Model UN Conference and all I can say is, I don't think any other Hyatt Regency does it quite like this one! My only complaint would be the long wait for the elevators during the rush times and that the climate control in the room was lacking."
