"Actually insaneeeee I went to the self wash bay of the facility and it cost 15$!!!! When you use card I guess I wasn’t reading signs right I thought it was the 4$ dollar option. Anyway I only was in there for 2mins and 34Seconds and it costed me 15$! You can drive 10mins away and go to a car wash near rocky and it’s 2-3$ and they have more options, and the washer won’t ruin your paint like it did to mine…"

The owners were rude, unprofessional, and then called me a liar because they couldn't see the accident on film. They also tried to intimidate me and warned me not to post anything. Again, Quad City Car Wash on The Avenue of the Cities will damage your car without any accountability."
"Had my vehicle washed through touch less. Had my windshield cracked during the wash. Spoke with management and staff who claim my windshield was just weak and was basically my fault it cracked. Didn’t try and negotiate having it fixed after seeing for themselves in video that it cracked in the process. Would definitely not recommend going here after that terrible experience."
