"I brought my Durango in for a wheel alignment. After bringing it in, they told me it would be an hour wait, so I decided to walk around the store with my three little kids. After almost 2 hours of waiting (which they knew I was waiting and had it in their notes) I walked up to the counter to ask if it was done, the lady snapped at me and said “yes it’s done but I can’t just move you to the top of the list, there are others in front of you!” I told her I was just asking! Then I find out they couldn’t even do the alignment and that my car had been sitting there for over an hour and a half and no one had called me. So all I got out of my time at blains farm and fleet was a lot of grey hair, a wasted 2 hours, and a Barbie we didn’t need. Sincerely, A very tired and frustrated mom of three with tires that are still not aligned."
