"Worst experience ever I have had with any car shop so far- 1. Unprofessional - called me at a date and time and forgot, appeared that he never took the appointment. Told me to leave the car at the end and couldn't give me exact time he could see it, I had to leave it as didn't want to waste my visit. 2. Bad Communication - never told me that he is going to charge me for inspecting a small visible issue which I already told him about and wanted to know the estimates. But he wanted to inspect himself I didn't know why until I knew he had hidden intensions to charge me anyways. 3. Rude response - when I denied to get the work done on phone because he was over charging me (based on a CarX estimates I had in hand), he parked my car in a muddy hole."

"Paid nearly $700 to get a “part” of my AC fixed and one hour after leaving this business it started blowing out warm air. Now he says that another separate “part” needs to be fixed for and additional $200. Very unprofessional and I understand that parts aren’t meant to last forever. He could have given me some professional advice (in the beginning) about the expectations and reality that by only fixing that one broken piece that others may “give out”. Recommendations about having the whole unit fixed would have been appreciated. I know the pandemic has hit hard for everyone but this man right here is a fraud and looking for a quick buck. He never gave me a receipt and I would like to call the city inspector on this business !!! Anyone else have a bad experience here ???"

They could have taken me for all four but they called me back to let me know that they thought I would be okay and that my two back tires would last me through the end of the summer like I had hoped for. I appreciated their integrity and honesty."
