"Noisy building if you live on the river street side street is always busy and windows are old and thin bad flooring, and plumbing air filters are old and rarely changed bad hvac system bad air! parking garage very tight. management is nice and prices are affordable though. If your looking for luxury look elsewhere!!!!!"

"Great place to live. Reasonably priced, great location. Looking forward to see how downtown progresses. Apartments are good size for a single person and have modern appliances. The authentic hard wood floors from when the building was built is a nice touch. Overall I'm extremely happy with my apartment and just signed for another year."
"The facility is secure, clean and beautiful! The balconies on the river provide access to beautiful views of nature AND downtown (attached is a balcony photo). This is truly a one-of-a-kind location and is extremely well managed by helpful and friendly people. If you need a place to rent and a unit is open I recommend you grab it!!"
"This is the third time I have renewed my lease with Esser Lofts and will more than likely renew for a fourth. Hands down the best apartments I have ever lived in. The amenities include underground parking, gym on site, laundry in every unit. They have balconies on one side, natural and beautiful hardwood floors and a whole lot more. Best coffee shop in the area is across the street along with the best tacos I’ve ever had, just to the right of that. So much within walking distance. You can’t find better in downtown Aurora or possible anywhere in Aurora. Priced very modestly and the best part is Mike(landlord) doesn’t raise your rent 300 bucks a year like everyone else currently is doing. Becki is the on-site manager and she is absolutely fantastic. Management overall is so kind and so attentive to the building. Anything you need they have you covered. I highly recommend this place."
