It may not have the necessities you desire, but it's the unsanitary tenants that create an unhealthy & ungrateful environment within the building itself. In other words, the Hotel, can become what you want it to be."
"My fiance lives here and it's more like a plan that rents rooms out per month as opposed to a regular hotel which rents rooms out per night. To me, it's not clean enough. I've also seen bedbugs and roaches. If you just have to need a place to stay then it's okay, I guess but the monthly rent to me is ridiculous. Close to $700.00 per month."
