"Air conditioning in not just one but 3 rooms wouldn’t work the lobby looks newly renovated I ended up getting a refund finally"
"A few lights didn’t work. The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We asked for assistance on the TV because the cable was not working & no one ever showed up. Check out was at 11AM & at 10:20AM, the front desk clerk was knocking on my door asking me if I’m going to check out, & I said yes, at 11. & she was trying to convince me it was 11AM when I clearly was looking at the clock and it said 10:20am. Overall a weird experience, would not recommend nor would I stay here again."
"My family and I have been staying here for quite a while and the staff is a delight. They are very helpful with anything that needs done whether it’s towels or maintenance in the room. They have a nice breakfast every morning and are very diligent whenever something is needed. I would highly recommend this place. It is also within walking distance of fox valley mall which is a huge plus."
"5 days in this nightmare, I called for a cover to the front desk... the answer for the hotel was: go outside of your room and look by yourself with housekeeping. In those days, they never cleaned my room because because they were doing this service before 10am,"
"They went above and beyond to improve their customer service ability. However if you are looking for a top class hotel this is not it. Cleanliness is a low 1 star but customer service is at its highest. They did everything possible for a refund and was greatly appreciated."
