Apartments at Kirkland Crossing

"Absolutely weird sounds coming from the apartment building at 1030 at night sometimes overnight it vibrates the whole building unacceptable .. unbelievable"

"Don't move here unless you want your complaints and requests to be ignored. I have been a resident for almost a year and things were going fine until our upper neighbors moved in this August and it's been a never ending nightmare. We have sent numerous complaints and have had two in person conversations regarding the nightmare that we are dealing with. We keep being told that "it's in process" and "we're having a conversation with them" yet we are being put to the back burner. Not sure how many complaints need to be sent from us and other neighbors as well before something happens. Last night they kept us up from 1 am to 5:00 am. The walking, slamming cabinets and loud music never seems to end and this has been an extremely frustrating situation."

"I would have given a 5-Star review a few years ago, but the maintenance since COVID has been disappointing, the water in the pool and the lagoons are completely stagnant, this produces a bad smell when walking near the lagoons. The pool looks dirty, the lights have been shut down for 2-3 years already, the water is not warm anymore and the water jets in the pool have been also shut down for the same time, I don’t know if they are broken or they just don’t want to turn them on, but it is disrespectful for us, the residents, because a part of the rent we pay should be intended to give maintenance to the amenities, keeping them working and SPECIALLY CLEAN."

"We were very disappointed when we moved in. Maintenance decided to take advantage that they preleased the unit. It was half cleaned used stained carpet. Deck rails rotting leaking faucets damaged cabinets the list goes on. As you drive the property dozens of photocells are out so your front door light stays on 24/7. The leasing agent was great but maintenance techs and maintenance manager most of all has become complacent. There was no way our unit was walked before move in. It certainly was not turned by maintenance at all. Maintenance manager and the property manager need to do there jobs. These are peoples homes. I have been in this industry for 25 years and there is no way I would have let someone move into our unit looking like it did. May be time for a change in your maintenance staff. Property manager may want to leave the office sometimes and see the work the staff is putting out. Very disappointing horrible first impressions. Smh"

"I love this community because it feels like home. The staff members are awesome, the maintenance is prompt, and I've built great friendships with some of my neighbors. Being very close to a major expressway, and a nice outlet mall is a plus. The amenities are nice, especially the pool, gazebo, and indoor basketball court. My apartment is very spacious with a dope layout, and the attached garage is very convenient. Would be 5 stars if quality of construction was better, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons."
