"We recently had a two night weekend stay here. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, Overall property was well maintained. The staff was friendly, especially the dining area team who always greeted us with a smile and offered assistance. We all know the service bar has been lowered , but this hotel and staff did very well and should be commended."
"This hotel is not only affordable and comfortable, it has the best breakfast spread I’ve seen anywhere - HANDS DOWN. I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms (same type) on 3 different floors during 3 separate stays. I can confidently say that all 3 were consistent in appearance, size, and cleanliness. The last time I stayed, it was a weekend and it was pretty packed. I was still able to find a decent parking spot and breakfast wasn’t too bad. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. Overall EXCELLENT experience. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again."
"The stay at Drury inn located in O’ Fallon was top-notch ! We had 60 men staying for over 2 months and we have zero complaints! All the staff there are nice and helpful. And one staff member named John he would prepare breakfast for us the whole time we stayed there . He would have breakfast ready almost 2 hrs before they served breakfast at there normally hours due to the time we went to work . Every hotel needs employees like John! After the 2nd week of staying, he would know a lot of us by name and make check in a lot faster by having us pulled up as we walked in to check in ."
"Great place - clean with friendly/helpful staff! We stayed on a Sunday night and the hotel was pretty quiet. The kick back was as expected. Breakfast was good. Room 400 was a huge suite and perfect for our family's needs. The pool area is not huge so if you are looking at a place with a large swimming area, there may be better options. Would stay here again."
"Well located for us Customer service was nice/helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning when staying with them. Rooms were a bit dated, however they are clean and spacious. Carpet in hallway could really use a good steam cleaning though. Pool looked nice went to use the hot tub but opted out due it has 12 kids in it which made it seem not so enjoyable. You do need to ask for room attention when checking in. Little bit of construction going on by front of hotel but it was not noisy or dusty ."
