"Elevator was out of service, no breakfast available as advertised on web, one set of towels, slow draining tub and face bowl, water takes 8-10 min to get hot,dirty mini fridge, dust on headboard, wall outlets not secure, no water available for sale. Overall, this may be one of the worst places I've stayed in ever!"
"The first impression was that the place smells strongly of cleaning chemicals, yet the ceiling at the front desk has mold on it. The pool area looked unclean, the room was decent but not the cleanest (sheets had stains on them), and they vacuumed the hallway and neighboring rooms at 9pm for an hour. Also, they only offer coffee for breakfast, nothing else."
"This hotel is a great choice! The desk clerk was efficient and pleasant. The lobby and hallways were well kept. Our room was equipped with a small coffee maker, a microwave and a mini-fridge. We really appreciated that the room was also exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We did not stay for breakfast other than to grab a couple of bottles of juice, but it looked fairly minimal. This hotel is a good value; we will stay again."
"The hotel was pretty good..a little chaotic since it is switching names/management. The room itself was pretty standard..it was clean and comfortable, but the staff is what set it apart. Both front desk attendants that we interacted with were personable and engaging and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Nikki specifically was great and super positive. We had to leave before breakfast opened, and the person that was supposed to make breakfast called off right before, but she got us some hot sandwiches and juice and really helped us start the day off right. Would definitely recommend!"
