"Dwayne and Matt just left our apartment after replacing our icemaker which was not working correctly. They are always polite and know what they are doing. The two of them together have been here once before and we were very satisfied at that time as well as today. In particular, we appreciate Matt telling us that he has done such and such but if it doesn’t work for us to call him. That’s a plus for a repair man to say. They are an asset to Storyboard, Carol Ann. Those two definitely deserve the barbecue grill for the best service provided."
